| Summary | 0034575: Verified Returns in POS is not working correctly when the ticket has lots of lines or a product from different bins. | |||||||||||
| Description | In a client test environment if lots of lines are added to a ticket and one of the products are sold from 2 different bins, when you try to do a verified return for an entire ticket it ends with the Total Button as 0.00 and is greyed out. | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1- Go to web POS 2- Create a large ticket with for example 20 lines. 3- Add one of the products so they are sold from different bins. 4- Pay the receipt and complete the sale. 5- Select Verified Returns option and search for the receipt created in step 4. 6- In the pop up, click on the top left corner tick so all the product are selected. 7- Press Apply button. 8- The total button appears as 0.00 and in grey color. | |||||||||||
