Summary | 0034574: [RR16Q4] Store Server offline with Syncronized Mode pops an error message | ||||
Description | While using the webPOS in my store, I randomly stopped the Central's Tomcat to get the Store Server offline mode. And error messages popped out. See steps for details. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | *Note: Since the errors seem to be in asynchronous processes, steps might not be precise enough to reproduce the issues. 1. Have a webPOS connected to a store in the usual way. 2. Create some tickets and pay them. Checks that everything works as expected and the data is sync'ed with the central server. 3. Enter the central via ssh and stop tomcat. 4. Continue creating tickets in the store and start observing weird behaviours. *Examples of errors: You will be logged out and not able to log in by some minutes with a message of "transitioning to offline". Or you will get error messages during the payment process. See attached screenshots. | ||||
