Description

It is bad practice load render the terminal screen when it is useless due to that terminal does not exist or it is not active.

Steps To Reproduce

0-Login POS in a non-existent terminal like this one https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_pi_pgsql/web/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal/?terminal=VVV-1#login [^]
DEFECT: When the terminal is loading, before a popup is shown warning the terminal is non-existent, POS spends performance rendering a useless terminal screen.

Proposed Solution

Check if the terminal is non-existent or not active before POS generates/renders the terminal screen to save that processes.
