| Summary | 0034170: F&B is configured as multi currency accounting while there is no conversion rate for future dates | ||||
| Description | At livebuilds site, I can access older releases, i.e. PRQ2 and PRQ3. However, these releases were created with no future data for the conversion rates (q2 data last till June, q3 till September) As a result of this, I cannot Post an Invoice. I receive an error message about the missing conversion rate and I have to create some specific record in order to properly use the ERP. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to livebuilds and open the latest CS or QAA release. Enter as F&B admin and create a new sales invoice. Post the invoice. An error will be shown about the missing conversion rate. Open the Conversion Rates window and add the record required for current period. Retry above steps and check the invoice now can be posted. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | Leaving the invoice posting throwing an error as the expected result is not a good practice for our sample data. | ||||
