Steps To ReproduceSystem wrongly allows the user to change the Delivery condition for a Layaway order which is partially paid already

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Web POS
2. Create a Layaway order by adding any product and note down the delivery condition
3. Pay partial amount and click Layaway button to create a Layaway order
4. Reopen the above created Layaway order which is created in above step
5. Then try to change the Delivery condition

Expected result: system should not allow the user to change the Delivery condition for a partially paid Layaway order

Actual result: System wrongly allows the user to change the Delivery condition.
