Summary0034000: Currency combo field displayed wrongly on Payment Out window under some circumstances
DescriptionWhile user is completing a "Payment Out" record, after the user adds certain "Payment Method" values, "Currency" field appears. That field is not correctly displayed.

The problem can be reproduced if the callout of the Payment Method field can not select a Financial Account.
Steps To Reproduce0-Login ERP as QAAdmin.
1-Go to the "Financial Account" window and select the "Spain Bank" account. Uncheck the "Active" checkbox
2-Go to "Payment Out" window.
3-Click "Create a new record in a form" button.
4-In "Paying To" field, select "Vendor A".
5-In "Payment Method" field select "7.2 (Spain)". DEFECT: Realise that the Currency field is not displayed properly. (check attached image).

I have reproduced a similar behaviour that seems to be produced by same cause:

0-Login ERP as QAAdmin.
1-Go to the "Financial Account" window and select the "Spain Bank" account. Uncheck the "Active" checkbox
2-Go to "Payment Out" window.
3-Click "Create a new record in a form" button.
4-In "Paying To" field, select "Vendor B".
5-In "Payment Method" field select "1 (Spain)".
6-In "Paying From" field only "Spain Cashbook - EUR" value is shown. It should also be shown "Spain Bank - EUR" value.

Problem is that the only one financial account where selected payment method is configured, is not active.
Therefore, financial account, currency, paid and exchange rate selectors stay empty.
