Summary0033963: Add new Discount Rule "Price Adjustment List" for calculating discounts from Products tab.
DescriptionAdd new Discount Type "Price Adjustment List" for calculating discounts from Products Tab.

Instead of defining the discount values in "Discounts and Promotions" Header, specify them in each row in the "Product" Tab. So it's possible to define different discounts for each Product.
