0033936: Support defining the synchronization direction when excluding columns of Synchronized Tables

Description

Now, if an excluded column was defined in the Excluded Column subtab of the Synchronized Table window, that column was excluded from the synchronization in both synchronization directions (if the synchronization direction of the table was bidirectional, that is).

If some wanted to exclude a column only from one synchronization direction, a custom filter writer adapter had to be defined. It would be best if we support defining the exclusion direction in the Excluded Column subtab, and we create a generic custom loader that is able to manage these excluded columns.
