0033903: [UX] A tab opened from another tab, should be opened just after the opener one

Description

A tab opened from another tab (indirect navigation, reports), should be opened just after the opener one.
Right now, new tabs opened from another one always are opened in last position.

This can be an usability problem because, if the opener tab is not in the last position, it could be messy to go back to this tab.

Most of tab based applications work this way.

Although this should be the default behavior, there should be also a preference in order to work in the old way (all tabs open at the end). Just like this: https://support.mozilla.org/es/questions/969140 [^]

Note: all tabs opened directly from navigation bar (quick search, quick new, application menu, ...) should be always opened in last position.

Steps To Reproduce

Open "Product" window. A new tab "Product" is opened in second position (Workspace - Product)
Open "Sales Order" window. A new tab "Sales Order" is opened in third position (Workspace - Product - Sales Order)
Go back to "Product" tab.
Open an existing record in form view.
Click in "Product Category" input label.
A new tab "Product Category" is opened in last position (Workspace - Product - Sales Order - Product Category). It should be in third position (Workspace - Product - Product Category - Sales Order)
