Description | When you create a verified return you can add a Return Reason for the ticket. If you search the ticket after introduce a return reason the field appears empty | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | - Log into backend and create diferente Return Reason in the window Return Reasons - Log into Web POS and click on Verified Return menu entry - Search a ticket from Arturo Montoro - Click on a product and click on done - When the ticket of return appears click on Edit button - Select a return reason - Close the ticket and search it using receipt selector - Realize that the Return Reason field is empty now | ||||
