0033832: Numeric Values in Reports are Text not numeric in Excel

Description

The reports in this module [1] and core in general should have applyed this workarround [2] in order to provide useful information when are exported to .xls

Since the workarround [2] modifies the reports, the partner hase to modify one by one and manually the reports and export them to a customize modules. If this reports changes in future versions, the partner has to do this again. That's why this workarround [2] should be applied by default
