Description'Not payed DPs that are over date planned' alert is deprecated. The table where the records are checked from is c_debt_payment belong to the old payments feature
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Set the 'Not payed DPs that are over date planned' as active
   Launch the Alert Process
   Check no alerts are created
