Summary0033591: Datasource request fired after displaying a new column in grid having lazy filtering enabled
DescriptionA request to the datasource is fired after displaying a new column in grid view even if the lazy filtering is enabled.

The same happens with the rest of the actions that can be fired from the menu displayed when doing righ-click on a column (like Group by ...)
Steps To Reproduce0) As system admin, use the [Grid Configuration] window to configure the Sales Order window with lazy filtering enabled.
1) Go to the [Sales Order] window
2) Right click on the header of any column. Display in grid view any of the columns not being currently shown.
