Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a goods receipt header for F&B España - Región Norte
   Click the Create Lines From button
   Select a pending order and enter 'RS' in the Warehouse Position or Storage Bin field
   Press enter(don't use selector) and check you can select a bin that belong to Región Sur when you should not
   Check you could also complete the Goods Receipt
   Repeat the process in the Goods Shipment window

Test Plan

As group admin role:

- Create a Goods Receipt for F&B España Region Norte
- Click on Create Lines From process
- Select a pending purchase order
- Enter R% on Warehouse position selector or Storage bin selector and press enter
- Realize you can select only storage bin from España Region Norte warehouse
 
- In Locator selector remove filter on warehouse (remove España Region Norte)
- If you don't write anything in Warehouse position and press enter
- Realize you can see list of storage bin that belongs to Org F&B España Region Norte and it's parent.

- Change the organization to F&B España Region Sur
- Click on Create Lines From process
- Select a pending purchase order
- Enter R% on Warehouse position selector or Storage bin selector and press enter
- Realize you can select only storage bin from España Region Sur warehouse
 
- In Locator selector remove filter on warehouse (remove España Region Sur)
- If you don't write anything in Warehouse position and press enter
- Realize you can see list of storage bin that belongs to Org F&B España Region Sur and it's parent.

Repeat same test as above but creating a new warehouse for F&B España - Region Norte Organization, therefore that organization does have at least two warehourse related. Any of those warehouse's storage bins can be selected while creating either a Goods Receipt or a Goods Shipment for that org.


Test Plan verified.

Issue can be code reviewed and closed.
