0033312: [STORE SERVER] Sales orders not correctly synchronized in Store Server in Synchronous mode
Sometimes, when creating a ticket in Web POS using SYNCHRONOUS MODE, it is correctly synchronized in Central server, but not in Store server (saved in c_import_entry with Error status).
- Log in Web POS (Synchronous mode).
- Select any product and add it to the ticket.
- Pay the ticket.
- The server returns a successful synchronization message.
- Log in backend (Central Server).
- Look for the ticket previously created in sales order window.
- The ticket is correctly synchronized.
- Log in backend (Store Server).
- Look for the ticket previously created in sales order window.
- The ticket is NOT correctly synchronized.
- Go to Data import entries window.
- Check that the record is there, in Error Status and with the attached JSON error.

The code/mode to synchronize orders has changed so the issue should not occur anymore. The synchronization does not go through import entry anymore.
