0033270: Improve offline notification to user when using webpos in multi-server with stopped store server
When WebPOS is used in a multi-server environment the offline notification is given after login when the store server (from which the webpos was loaded) is not reachable.

However as there are other servers available which can provide all services there is no real offline concept.

Also when relogging in at first the webpos shows to be online, until the system detects again that the store server is not reachable then the offline flag is set in the menu.

Also when relogging in in webpos the attached screenshot/message is shown. The store server can't be reached therefore this message is given, but as the appcache was already loaded there is no real problem
Setup multi-server with one central and one store server
Setup all remote prefs
Start all of them
Login using webpos on the store server
do some actions
stop the store server
search for a product --> webpos gives offline notification
logout and relogin, message is shown
after relogin the menu shows online
No tags attached.
