0033253: Wrong promotion applied with priority packs

Description

If two packs share a set of products and the packs have different priorities, when a pack is added from the Browse tab, the discount finally applied is the one with the low priority.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the backend
1) Login as White Valley Group Role
2) Go to Discount and Promotion window
2.1) Select pack Camping Pack and set Priority 10 and save the record.
2.2) Select pack Camping Pack Plus and set Priority 20 and save the record.

Go to the Web POS
1) Tap on BROWSE tab.
2) Tap on Packs Category.
3) Add a Camping Pack Plus.
4) Finally, the promotion applied is the "Camping Pack" but it should be "Camping Pack Plus".
