Summary0033171: Error on method insert of TabAttachments class not shown to the user
DescriptionError on class org.openbravo.erpCommon.businessUtility.TabAttachments not shown to the user. The window displays progress indicators indefinitely (see attached image).

Tested in clean instance of Openbravo version 3.0PR16Q1.3.
Steps To ReproduceOn method insert of class TabAttachments insert instruction to simulate error. e.g.:

if (vars != null)
      throw new ServletException("Test Error.");

The browser shows progress indicators indefinitely.
