Summary0033089: [UX] Verified Returns clean up
DescriptionThe current "Verified Returns" window UI is a bit dirty. Also, the interface is not operable using a smartphone (that is the reason it has high severity).

I attach screenshots and mockups of the current visualization and the proper one. The main differences are:
* Move up the popup title
* Middle vertically centered header line
* Less line-spacing in two,three,... lines products
* Taller +/- buttons
* Bigger text font in +/- signs
* Grey color for +/- signs (font-color) in disabled buttons
* Proper minus sign in - button ( similar to issue https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=32105 [^] )
* Better discounts visualization

Steps To ReproduceOpen "Verified Returns" in the WebPOS main menu and select any record.

Even with the proposed changes applied, there is more room for improvement for this popup, but at least with issue solved, the visualization won't be so ugly, and it could be operated somehow in a smartphone.

Fixes Issue 33089 : The + Character Has Been Added To Existing Message To Use In The Verified Returns Modal Dialog (popup) In Order To Avoid HardCoding .

With Respect To The Issue The Clean-Up Is Done AT The Max As Possible ,Left Out Some Things Like Horizontal Scroller .

Put padding-top: 9px; instead of padding-top: 4px; or give another solution.
