0033065: When more than one carrier freight definition quantity ranges are overlapped only one is shown in Select Freight pop-up
When more than one carrier freight definition quantity ranges are overlapped only one is shown in Select Freight pop-up
As group admin role:
   Create a Delivery Period
   Create a Freight Category and set it as Freight UOM = Product Unit
   Create a Carrier defining a business partner and a product to it
   Add a Freight to it and assign the previosly created Freight Category and Delivery Period
   Add a two definitions to it. Define only the Max. Quantity and Freight Amount to them
   Create a Sales order
   Configure Cost based on Ordered quantities (Product Units) as Delivery Charges and Kilogram as Weight UOM
   Add a line with a quantity smaller than the two Max Quantities defined in the Carrier
   Click on Select Freight and check only one line is shown with one of the Freight Amounts configured
Different solutions could be applied here:

1. Add an event handler not to allow to define overlapped quantity ranges
2. When there are more than one definition with only Max. Quantity defined, take the minimum one. The same when there are more than one definition with only Min. Quantity defined,taking the maximum one

Documentation could be updated in order to explain that currently, if Min. Quantity and Max. Quantity fields are used, not overlapped date ranges should be defined. Example for a unit of measure with a standard precision of 2:

0 - 0.5
0.501 - 1
1.001 - 1.5
