Summary0032966: Add module validation to verify no 2 foreign keys have identical name in a table
DescriptionOracle database has check/limitation that no 2 constraint in 1 table are allowed to have same name.

Something people accidentally do that when copy'n'pasting column/constraints.
See issue 32965 as example.

As that cannot work on oracle a check in platform would be nice to catch that on module development.
