Summary0032784: Once a receipt has been transformed into a layaway, it's not possible to turn it back into a receipt
DescriptionCurrently, once a receipt is a layaway, it's not possible to change it back to a receipt.

This is particularly annoying in the case of terminals which always create layaways by default.
Steps To Reproduce- Create a layaway.
- Verify that it's not possible to transform it back into a receipt.

The project was originally included in 16Q2, but the preference to control the functionality is missing. This is the only part which needs to be backported, as the rest is already there.
