| Summary | 0032782: [RR16Q2] Inconsistent behaviour when Layaway is converted to Return receipt |
| Description | If a receipt with products is marked as "To be Laid away" and, after that, it is clicked "Return this receipt", an error will be shown, the type of the receipt will be changed but the product will not be set as returnable. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 0-Login POS as vallblanca.
1-In dropdown menu, click "Layaway this Receipt".
2-Add 1x "Adhesive body warmers".
3-In dropdown menu, click "Return this Receipt". The following error message will be shown: "You cannot layaway a sales with returns". Besides, The receipt type will be changed from "To be laid away" to "To be Returned", but the product of the receipt will not be set as to be returned. If the receipt is completed now, it will be paid as a usual receipt, not a receipt to be returned. |
| Proposed Solution | If the receipt is changed to "To be returned", the product(s) in that receipt must be set as to be returned, not as to be sold. |
