Openbravo Issue Tracking System - Retail Modules
1). Service icon does not appear in the newly created line.
2). Though qty is increased, quantity of the service is not increased. But it should increase as 'Qty Rule' is defined as 'As per product'.
1. Install "Two Families Discount" module
Create new product:
1. Log into Openbravo backend
2. Goto the window "Product" and add new record with following information,
- Search Key : defa000
- Name : GPS Mini
- UOM : Unit
- Product Category : Lighting & Electronics
- Tax Category : IVA Normal
- Product Type : Item
3. Under "Price" tab add the following,
- Price List Version : The White Valley Group Sale Price List Version
- Unit Price : 100
- List Price : 100
Create new service and associate to product:
1. Goto the window "Product" and add new record with following information,
- Search Key : defa050
- Name : Warranty (deferrable -4 days)
- UOM : Unit
- Product Category : Lighting & Electronics
- Tax Category : IVA Normal
- Product Type : Service
- Under Service Product Field Group:
- Linked to Product : Y
- Included Products : Only those defined
- Quantity Rule : As per product
- Proposal Type : Mandatory Proposal
2. Under "Price" tab add the following,
- Price List Version : The White Valley Group Sale Price List Version
- Unit Price : 100
- List Price : 100
3.Click Related Products Button and select "GPS Mini" and click done.
4.Goto "Assortment" window,
add "GPS Mini" and "Warranty (deferrable -4 days)" under "White Valley Group Product List".
Setup Discounts and Promotions:
1.Goto "Discounts and Promotions" window and create new records with following information,
- Organization : Vall Blanca Store
- Discount and Promotion Type : Two Families Discount
- Name : Buy 2 and get 50% discount in the second unit
- Starting Date : First of the current month
2. Under "Families" tab create 2 records with following information,
i).
- Name : 1
- Quantity : 1
- Discount Type : Percentage
- Percentage : 0
ii).
- Name : 2
- Quantity : 1
- Discount Type : Percentage
- Percentage : 50
3. Under "Family Products" tab add "GPS Mini" for both Families 1 and 2.
Issue:
1. Log into WEB POS and search for product "GPS Mini" and add to receipt.
2. Select "Warranty (deferrable -4 days)" in services and click continue.
3. Now increase the quantity of "GPS Mini" to 2, promotion of 50% discount in the second unit is applied, so that, split line is done automatically.
ERROR 1: Service icon does not appear in the second line of the product 'GPS Mini'.
ERROR 2: Quantity of the service 'Warranty (deferrable -4 days)' does not increase to 2 units. But it should increase because Qty Rule is defined as 'As per product'.
