Cannot move a measure through an axis in OB Analytics window

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Launch the background processes needed for Analytics
   Go to OB Analytics window and select the Sample Purchase/Sales order Line Cube
   Add the four measures in the Columns axis
   Add the Organization and DocumentNo dimensions in the Rows axis
   Select one of the measures and try to move it through the same axis (change its position in the list)
   Check the change is not done
