| Steps To Reproduce | Go to Warehouse and Storage Bins window.
Choose RN (España Region Norte) warehouse and change the organizatio to *
Save.
Go to Valued Stock Report enter current date and select España Region Norte Warehouse.
Press HTML Format.
Below error is shown.
"The warehouse is defined in an organization with no parent Legal entity. You cannot execute this report for an organization that has no Legal Entity Parent."
Above error message is confusing because "España Region Norte" warehouse is related to España Region Norte org that is a Generic org which parent or is a legal entity (F&B España). Check Organization window.
The problem is that the warehouse is related to * organization in Warehouse and Storage Bin window. |
| Proposed Solution | Either to improve the error message, therefore it is clear that report is not running successfully because the warehouse it is related to an organization that is not a legal entity (*), or to add a filter for the Organization in the Valued Stock Report. |
