Summary0032030: Double FIC request after selecting the empty value on a combo with a callout
DescriptionDouble FIC request after selecting the empty value on a combo with a callout.
One request is fired when the change method of the item detects that the field is being left empty (see[1]).
The other request is fired by the pickValue method of the picklist.

Steps To Reproduce1) Go to the [Sales Invoice] window. Create a new record in the header.
2) Navigate to the [Lines] tab, create a new record selecting any product. The Tax field is populated.
3) Select the empty value of the Tax field using the picklist. Notice that two request to the FIC are done using CHANGE mode.
