| Summary | 0031910: [RR16Q1] It can be shown in Gift Card details "partially consumed" even when that GC has current balance >= initial balance |
| Description | Under some circumstances it can be shown "partially consumed" in Gift Card details even when "current balance" is same or bigger than "initial balance".
This can happen if return receipts are completed using Gift Card as payment method. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 0-With Gift Cards & Vouchers installed and a Gift Card created to use it later, login POS as vallblanca.
1-Complete some receipt/s to have "current balance" < "initial balance".
2-Now create a new receipt, add 1x "Alpine skiing backpack" and edit its cost to a bigger cost than the difference between current and initial balance.
3-Then go to dropdown menu and click "Return this Receipt".
4-Click Total Amount button and select the previously aforementioned Gift Card as payment method.
5-Complete the receipt to return money to the Gift Card.
6-Now, in dropdown menu, go to "Gift cards/ vouchers" and select the aforementioned Gift Card to see its details. Defect: Check it is shown "partially consumed". |
