| Summary | 0031505: [RR15Q4] [StockValidationModule] POS ejects user under certains circunstances with unstable connections |
| Description | While user is trying to add new products in a unstable connections environment, POS can eject user and force him to log in. |
| Steps To Reproduce | To simulate this "unstable connections" follow these steps:
1. Unplug the network cable and login (offline) in webPOS as vallblanca user
2. Plug the cable to get connection back
3. Add a new product to a ticket
3. An error message forcing user to login is shown and user is ejected to login screen, although connection with the server should be possible. Under unstable circunstances, this can be troublesome for a user that is trying to add different products to a receipt and he can forced to login several times to achive to complete that receipt. |
| Proposed Solution | The error shown at the back ["Error retrieving the stock information from server. It could be generated because the system is in offline mode" (check attached image)] should be in the main message in the alert and it should be possible for a user to continue offline or to ask him if he wants to login again or not.
Basically, the user must be able to choose if he wants to continue working offline or if he prefers to login again. |
