Description

It would be fine if a picking list could be created for an on hand warehouse different from the order's warehouse when there is not enough stock in the order's warehouse

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Create the Enable Stock Reservations preference
   Log out and log in
   Create a Sales Order for F&B España S.A.
   Set the España Región Norte warehouse
   Add a product that has only stock in España Región Sur warehouse
   Book the order
   Generate Picking List from it
   Check the following error message is shown:
      There is not enough available stock

Create one Picking list for each on hand warehouse from the same sales order
