Summary0031388: it would be nice to configure if the discretionary discounts are applied before or after of automatic discounts
Descriptionit would be nice to able to configure what is the order that the discounts are applied: if the discretionary discounts are applied before of after of automatic discount
Steps To Reproduce. in Vallblanca store:
 . add GPS Handled product
 . click in the line and apply a discretionary discount: 5 eur fixed

now the discount applied is (firstly discretionary discount is applied):
 . 290.9 - 5 -> 285.9 - 10% -> 257.31
and it would be nice to able to change the order:
 . 290.9 - 10 % -> 261.81 - 5 -> 256.81
