0031284: [RR15Q4] [RejectQuotations] System shows success message when a quotation was not rejected
If there is no records in the Reject Reasons window, you are yet allowed to reject quotations. You even receive a success message of rejecting, only that the quotation is not rejected.
Scenario A: Normal flow (assuming there is at least one record in the Reject Reasons window)
1. Login as vallblanca user and pick the "Quotations" option from the top left menu
2. Pick any quotation to open it up.
3. Pick from the top left menu the option "Reject Quotation"
4. A pop up for choosing a reason is shown
5. Click Ok to continue. A success message is shown and the quotation is not shown in the list of quotations anymore.

Scenario B:
1. Logging in as White Valley admin user in the back end, go to Reject Reason window
2. Remove all the records
3. Login in webPOS as vallblanca user and pick the "Quotations" option from the top left menu
4. Pick any quotation to open it up.
5. Pick from the top left menu the option "Reject Quotation"
6. A pop up for choosing a reason is shown. The drop down will show no data.
7. Click Ok to continue. A success message is shown, but the quotation is still shown in the list of quotations.
