| Summary | 0031281: [PR15Q4] Message when checking for updates while Butler is updating is not correct | ||||
| Description | Seeking for updates while Butler is under maintenance shows a message "Internet is not available" which is not correct since Internet is actually available, Butler is not responding instead. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | During a planned update of Butler, on an ERP instance check for updates. The received message is "Internet is not available". See attached screenshot. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | Simpler solution: Change the message to "Cannot connect Module server" or similar. Better solution: Actually check that Internet is down and show a separate message when this is happening: "Internet is not available" when there is not network connection at all, and "Module server under maintenance, try again later" when the problem is not Internet connection but Butler. | ||||
