| Summary | 0031209: [RR15Q4] [StockValidationModule] Stock validation does not work properly with packs | ||||
| Description | When validating the stock for a pack and one product of the pack has not enough stock, the alert pop up only affects to the product with no stock, leaving the other products in the ticket. See steps. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Precondition 1: Stock Validation module is installed Precondition 2: On the backend, create a new pack Ski Touring Pack containing three products. Products A and B have 2 units of stock while product C has only 1 unit left. 1. Login as vallblanca user 2. Go to Browse > Pack and pick the Ski Touring Pack 3. The pack is added properly 4. Add a new pack. This triggers the stock validation, and a message saying that the product has not enough stock (message is not clear, since I do not know which is the missing product) 5. Click Cancel to not add the product. 6. Check that product C was not added, but there are one extra unit of A and B. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | Packs should be considered as an special set of products. It has more sense to ask the user to not add the whole pack if a product is missing instead of adding those with stock. | ||||
