Wrong quantity conversion in goods shipment under some circumstancies

Steps To Reproduce

As System Administrator:
  show Conversion tab of the UOM window
  UOM tab of Product window
  Order quanty and Order UOM fields of Sales order window || lines tab
  Order quanty and Order UOM fields of Goods Shipment window || lines tab

As group admin role,
Go to Unit of measure window
     select kilogram unit of measue
     Conversion tab:
         Add Unit: Multiply rate by 3.6
Go to Product window,
    create a new product.
    Name: secondUOM
    UOM: Unit
   Price tab:
       Tarifas Bebidas Alegres
   UOM tab:
     Kilogram

Go to Sales Order window,
   create a new one for Business Partner: Bebidas Alegres
  Lines tab:
    Product: secondUOM
    Order qty: 20
    Order UOM: Kilogram
So UOM: Unit
   Ordered qty: 72
Complete it.

Create shipments from orders.

Realise that the Goods Shipment created has a wrong quantity conversion
