0031183: Although a receipt is already marked as "To be Returned", "Return this Receipt" is still present in dropdown menu

Description

After a receipt is marked as "To be Returned", it has no sense to keep "Return this Receipt" option in dropdown menu. Click it again has no effect and it can confuse user.

Steps To Reproduce

0-Login POS as vallblanca.
1-In dropdown menu, click "Return this Receipt". Now receipt is marked as "To be Returned".
2-Click again dropdown menu. "Return this Receipt" is still present. If user clicks it, it has no additional effect.

Proposed Solution

While a receipt is marked as "To be Returned" it should not be present "Return this Receipt" option in dropdown menu. If receipt is no longer marked as "To be Returned", then it should be present again.
