Summary | 0031034: [RR15Q4] Having a template in development is not considered to show the In Development banner
Description | When any module is marked as In Development, webPOS shows in the main page a banner alerting the user about this. If the module is a Template, webPOS does not show the banner. However, in order to refresh the Manifest, the system is considered under development, creating an inconsistency in offline mode.
Steps To Reproduce | Note: There are probably other ways to reproduce the issue by end-user flows, I will put one that is a little tricky to make the issue easier to find. 1. Login webPOS a vallblanca user in online mode to get all the data updated. 2. Logout 3. Login Backend as Openbravo user and change to System Admin role. 4. Go to Module and seek for a Template 5. Edit the record and mark the In Development check. Ensure this is the only "In Development" module. 6. Logout 7. Login webPOS a vallblanca user in online mode to get all the data updated. Note that the banner about app in development is not shown. 8. Logout 9. Unplug the network cable to go offline 10. Open Chrome's cache chrome://appcache-internals [^] 11. Find the Manifest file for current context and remove it 12. On webPOS' login page press F5 to reload. An error will be shown (as expected since Manifest is missing) 13. Plug back the network cable 14. Login webPOS a vallblanca user in online mode to get all the data updated. 15. Logout 16. Unplug the network cable to go offline 17. On webPOS' login page press F5 to reload. An error will be shown. If you check the Manifest file, it is empty. This is because there is a module in development
