Summary0031012: Add the inser or update ui pattern for tab definition.
DescriptionDifferent clients has request the possibility to have a pattern to allow only to insert and update records.
On that case the delete button should not be visible.

That is required on some cases to prevent deleting invoices created, and avoid losing sequence numbers.
