0030906: Production Cost Report does not show the real cost if standard algorithm is used

Description

Production Cost Report does not show the real cost if standard algorithm is used. The problem is that calccost column of the m_productionline table is not filled among others

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin:
   Validate a costing rule with the Standard Algorithm for F&B España, S.A.
   Create a process plan, version and operation for that organization
   Assign an activity with a cost center to the operation and Create Standards = 'Y'
   Add a consumed and produced product
   Create a work requirement for that process plan and process it
   Create the work effort from it and validate it
   Launch the costing background process and check it finishes successfully (all the products with stock should have a standard cost)
   Launch the Production Cost Report and check the real cost column remains empty
   If you have launched the Calculate Standards Costs process, the Standard cost and Cost per unit Std will show a value
