Descriptionwhen a supervisor approvals one action, all approvals of this supervisor should be loaded in the terminal

currently only the action to be approved can is saved in the terminal
Steps To Reproduce. in backoffice:
 . configure 4 new preferences as attached files:
  . issuePreference1.png
  . issuePreference2.png
  . issuePreference3.png
  . issuePreference4.png

. go to webpos in online-> terminal: PS-1
 . login with user: possets
  . add a new line
  . delete it
   approvals popup is displayed with the user "demouser"
   approval it

. go offline mode
 . add new line
 . in menu-> click in "return this receipt"
 . click in total button
 . approval is required:
  . enter: user: demouser
           pass: openbravo
 error is returned:
  User does not have privileges to do this action
