Summary0030657: Default Date Order value wrong in some cases
DescriptionDefault Date Order value wrong in some cases.
Steps To Reproduce1. Server time zone is UTC (which is the default for the OB appliance) - but could be anything
2. Browser user is in PDT time zone enters SO in the evening (time difference to UTC is 8 hours earlier)
3. System defaults to the next day based on the server time zone [NOK]. Instead, system should default the Order Date to "today" based on the browser user time zone
