DescriptionOrphan Lines grid in Pick/Edit Lines under Return From Customer window has editable fields that it should not. For example, the Client field is editable, and it should never had to be like that.

Only should be editable those fields that can be filled through 'Insert Orphan Line' popup.
Steps To ReproduceAs F&B Group Admin:
 * Go to Preference window and create "RM Allow Orphan Line" preference.
 * Logout/Login.
 * Go to Return from Customer Window and create a header.
 * Click on Insert Orphan Line button.
 * Fill necessary fields and click Done. Check that a line is created.
 * Click on Pick/Edit Lines.
 * Check that Orphan Lines grid is displayed and the previously created line appears.
 * Edit Line. Realize that all columns are editable, those displayed and those not. Just display any and check that can be edited

Test Plan:

    Attribute Set Value: blank
    Returned: 2
    Unit Price: 0.80
    Tax: blank
    Return Reason: blank
 * and click Done. Check that a line is created.
 * Click on Pick/Edit Lines.
 * Check that Orphan Lines grid is displayed and the previously created line appears.
 * Edit Line.
 * Realize that all columns are read-only.
