0030467: It is not possible to define a Default value under some circumstancies

Description

It is not possible to define a Default value for a field in a Subtab which its table is the same as in the header.

Steps To Reproduce

As System Administrator,
  Go to Tables and Columns window:
    select BusinessPartner register
Navigate to Column tab:
    Select the SO BP Tax Category column.
      Add the Default Value: 2BA087B3511F4231A5E59ABC5850E464

Log Out and Log in again. Navigate to the Business Partner window, select one and navigate to the customer tab. Realise that the SO BP Tax Category is in blank.

It seems that the reason is that the Header (Business Partner window) and the tab (Customer tab) are based on the same table c_bpartner.

We have a workaround: create a new hidden field in the Header (Business Parter window) related with the column SO_Bp_Taxcategory_ID and define the Default value in the column SO_Bp_Taxcategory_ID
