DescriptionThe Partner extended the window to load a new Bussines Partner with more fields.

The number of fields in small screens makes a scroll bar appears
The development was done for 14Q3.6 and woeks well, but in 15Q1.5 the scroll bar doesn't appear
Steps To ReproduceExtended the window to load a new Bussines Partner with more fields

Log In to Web POS and try to add a new Business Partner.

Observe that scroll bar doesn't appear and to enter information in the fielsd you must use the 'Tab' key

Fixes issue 30359: Scroll in window business partner in web POS.
Also added the posibility of scroll in windows address.
