Description"Backdated Transactions Fixed" check does not need to be shown while creating a "Standard" Costing Rule
Steps To ReproduceGo to Costing Rules window

Create a new one for a given organization.
Select "Standard Algorithm" in the field Costing Algorithm.
Enter a Starting Date.

Check that "Backdated Transactions Fixed" check is there for selection and that should not be case in case of creating a standard costing rule.

Same applies in the case of existing Standard Costing Rules. "Backdated Transactions Fixed" check and "Fix Backdated Transactions" process button should not be shown.
Proposed Solution"Backdated Transactions Fixed" check does not need to be shown while creating a "Standard" Costing Rule. See image 1 attached.

"Fix Backdated Transactions" process button does not need to be shown for existing standard costing rules. See image 2 attached.

Fixes issue 30287: No "Fix Backdated Transactions" in Standard Costing Rule

"Backdated Transactions Fixed" flag and "Fix Backdated Transactions" button should not be shown in Costing Rules with Standard Costing Algorithm
