Cash Drawer should not open automatically after printing ticket. If a sales is recorded from an mobile device(ipad, tablet, etc) the cash drawer opens automatically after the ticket is completed.
Cash Drawer should not open automatically after printing ticket
Opening of Cash Drawer should be configurable from backoffice.

Cash drawer is supposed to open only in case of paying with a cash payment method. It should not depend on the POS terminal (iPad)
