Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to OB Analytics window and select the Sample Purchase/Sales Order Line Cube
   Add Ordered Quantity measure in Columns and Product in Rows
   Click on Non-empty toolbar button and check new products appear with 0 quantity
   Click on Export XLS
   Open the file and check they are aligned to the left instead of to the right
   Click on one cell and check '0 value is shown
