Summary0030190: Modulescript for issue 27425 has performance problems
DescriptionIt seems the modulescript created for issue 27425 (FixDataIssue27425.java) has performance problems:

- It is very slow with large amounts of data
- It seems it's always executed, instead of being executed just once.

Both problems should be fixed
Steps To Reproduce- Run update.database with a database with large amounts of data. Verify that the modulescript is very slow, and that if you run update.database again, it's executed again.
