Descriptionin terminal, when a quotation is loaded, the property order and property line are not retrieved.
Steps To Reproducein WEBPOS
. create a quotation
. add line
. click in line - description ->
   pop up with "line - item properties" is opened:
   . put a text in description field and click in "apply"
. click in menu -> receipt properties
  pop up with "Receipt properties" is opened:
   . put a text in description field and click in "apply"

. confirm and close the quotation
. load previous quotation
. reactive quotation
. click in the line:
  button "description" is not displayed

. go to menu -> receipt properties
  pop up with "Receipt properties" is opened, but description is empty

Fixed issue 30164: property order and property line are not retrieved quotation

The problem was that the property order and property line are not retrieved when
quotation is loaded and the description button doesn't appear when the
quotations was reactivated.

The solution is to add these parameters in the hql retrieve query and set in the
order.js model. The description button must be shown when the quotation is
reactivated.

Now, yo can change the description of the line and the receipt properties of a
reactivated quotation.
