Summary0029918: Cannot generate a new picking list if the order was partially included in an outbound picking list
DescriptionCannot generate a new picking list if the order was partially included in an outbound picking list
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Sales Order for a product with stock and book it
   Generate an Outbound Picking List from it
   Assign it to Openbravo User
   Go to it's line, decrease the quantity and confirm it
   Close the Picking List
   Return to the Sales Order and check the In Picking List checkbox is selected
   If you try to Generate a new Picking List you will get the following error:
      "The following order is already in a pickinglist in draft status"

Test Plan
- Login as F&B International Group Admin role.
- Create a Sales Order for a product with stock and book it
- Generate an Outbound Picking List from it
- Assign it to Openbravo User
- Go to it's line, decrease the quantity and confirm it.
- Close the Picking List.
- Return to the Sales Order and check the In Picking List checkbox is not selected.
